Refund policy
We want you to feel confident in your Z. Bigatti purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received them
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
To start a return, please contact concierge@zbigatti.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions and a return shipping label. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Product Support Before Returns
Skincare results can vary depending on skin type, environment, and routine.
If you are unsure how to use a product or feel it may not be working for your skin, contact us before requesting a return. Our team can provide guidance on product use and skincare routines to help you get the best results.
Often a small adjustment in how a product is applied can make a difference.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at concierge@zbigatti.com so we can review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Photos of the product and packaging may be requested to assist with the claim.
Non Returnable Items
Because of the nature of skincare, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.
The following items are also non returnable:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
- Products marked final sale
If you have questions about a product before purchasing, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, request a return for the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and credit card providers may require additional time to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at concierge@zbigatti.com.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be unused and in resalable condition with original packaging intact. Products that show signs of use, tampering, or missing packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
Excessive Returns
To protect the integrity of our return policy, Z. Bigatti reserves the right to limit or decline return requests in cases of repeated or irregular return patterns.
Product Use and Skin Reactions
Individual skin responses can vary. Review ingredient lists carefully and conduct a patch test before full application. Z. Bigatti is not responsible for skin reactions resulting from ingredient sensitivities, allergies, or improper product use.
Fraud Prevention
For the protection of our customers and our brand, Z. Bigatti reserves the right to deny refunds or returns if products are suspected to be used, tampered with, altered, or returned fraudulently.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to:
- A defective product
- A damaged item
- An incorrect item sent by Z. Bigatti
Z. Bigatti is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
